The role

As a Junior Developer, you will contribute to key areas including the website development and digital demand generation programs, webinars and product demo video builds, content libraries plus much more.

About you

Front-end development, Webflow experience
HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery experience
Figma experience
Past website development experience
Knowledge of design systems, style guides, and their application in maintaining visual and brand consistency.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them..
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and the ability to support marketing, product and design teams in testing software systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working under pressure and is results driven
Work confidently in a team environment

What you'll do

Work closely with the marketing team and design and product teams to develop and deploy all website redevelopment projects, tasks and initiatives.
Improve the overall website infrastructure for performance, and scalability.
Participate in building and maintaining out the product video library alongside the Pendula Content library and Pendula Community build.
Assist marketing, design and product teams in testing Webflow plug-ins, connectors and systems.
Document project processes and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Translate designs and wireframes in Figma into high-quality Webflow site pages.
Develop and maintain a design system and style guide to standardise design across various web properties and ensure consistent user experiences.
Utilise Figma for designing and prototyping, ensuring fidelity to design specifications throughout the development process.
Debug and troubleshoot to maintain optimal website performance.

Excellent documentation skills to accurately record project processes and procedures.
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to address technical issues promptly.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Fundamental knowledge of Front-end development and Webflow experience
HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery experience are essential
Familiarity with front-end frameworks
