Alumni Newsletter

This template can be used for sending alumni a regular newsletter. It includes a redirection path to mitigate past students changing email address and allows them to provide up to date details.

Setup guide

To apply this template in Pendula, simply select a scheduled flow and set this to run on a monthly basis. We generally recommend a time between 3pm-5pm. This means that when it is triggered to run, it will send to all student records based on the criteria specified below:

  • Student Status <selector>equals<selector> 'alumni' (or whatever best represents this)
