This template can be used for providing clients or their primary contact with an automated update post their assessment. As a client may receive an assessment every few months this template can be set to run on an ongoing basis.

Setup guide

To apply this template in Pendula, simply select a scheduled flow and set this to run on a daily basis. We generally recommend a time between 9am-12pm. This means that each day, it will only pick up the relevant assessment records based on the criteria specified below:
