Onboarding Approval

This template can be used for welcoming clients once their services have been approved as part of the intake process.

Setup guide

To apply this template in Pendula, simply select an event flow and set this to trigger when a record is edited. This means that the moment a client's funding status has been set to approved in your source data it will send automatically, in addition as per the criteria specified below:

  • Funding Status <selector>equals<selector> 'approved' (or whatever best represents this)
  • Additionally, you'll need to ensure you have a placeholder field for capturing data upon a call request
