This template can be used for keeping clients up to date as they're progressing through the intake process. It provides a way for you to keep them informed and also request a callback should they wish to.

Setup guide

To apply this template in Pendula, simply select an event flow and set this to trigger when a record is edited. This means that the moment a client's intake status has been set to either waitlist or in review in your source data it will send automatically, in addition to the criteria specified below:

  • Intake Status <selector>equals<selector> 'waitlist' or 'in review' (or whatever best represents this)
  • Additionally, you'll need to ensure you have a placeholder field for capturing data upon a call request
