Service Agreement Expiry

This template can be used for providing clients alerts in advance of their service agreement expiration date. It provides you with a way to automate the delivery of key information via email and follow up with SMS in the instance of bounces and failures.

Setup guide

To apply this template in Pendula, simply select a scheduled flow and set this to run on a daily basis, we generally recommend sometime between 9am-12pm. This means that each day, it will only pickup the relevant clients with service agreements based on the criteria specified below:

  • Service Agreement Status <selector>equals<selector> 'current' (if this information is available)
  • Service Agreement End Date <selector>equals<selector> 45 days from now (we recommend using a date formula like <selector>TODAY()+DAYS(45)<selector>)
