Service Agreement Rollover

This template can be used for providing clients with an update upon rollover of their service agreement. It provides you with a way to automate the delivery of key information via email and follow up with SMS in the instance of bounces and failures.

Setup guide

To apply this template in Pendula, simply select an event flow and set this to trigger when a record is edited. This means that the moment a service agreement status has been set to rollover in your source data, it will send automatically as per the criteria specified below:

  • Service Agreement Status <selector>equals<selector> 'rollover' (or whatever indicates that the agreement is now active)
