Letter of Offer Congratulations

This template can be used for congratulating students on receiving their letter of offer. It provides a way to inform students via both SMS and email simultaneously, in addition to following up in the event of a bounce or failure.

Setup guide

To apply this template in Pendula, simply select an event flow and set this to trigger when a record is edited. This means that the moment an enrolment is updated to the Letter of Offer stage and saved within your source data, it will send automatically in adherence with the criteria specified below:

Enrolment Status <selector>equals<selector> 'Letter of Offer' (or whichever value best represents this)
Semester <selector>equals<selector> <value> (if you would like to segment this communication to only a specific semester or calendar period)
