Setup guide

To apply this template in Pendula, simply select a scheduled flow and set this to run as a once-off. We generally recommend a time between 9am-12pm. This means that when it is scheduled to run, it will send to all attendee records based on the criteria specified below:

  • To ensure the communication goes out in advance of the date or the day of, set the open day date to equals today or tomorrow. Set this using date formulas such as <selector>TODAY()<selector> OR <selector>TODAY()+DAYS(1)<selector> For more information on Date Formulas, see...
  • Campus <selector>equals<selector> <name> (if you would like to segment in/out attendees of a particular campus)
