First impressions count. In many cases, orientation will be one of the first key interactions students have with your institution. Stand out by making it easy and seamless, ensuring updates go straight to their mobile phone.
We all remember our first day. Orientation can be overwhelming for a lot of students. Remove some of the information 'overload' and provide them peace of mind that key updates won't go astray.
The little things matter. Deliver a great student experience by using the data you already have, like the courses, campuses attending or programs students have applied for to provide a personalised, consistent and on-brand dialogue.
Reach them where they'll see it. Cut through the noise of email and keep it on a channel students prefer and use like SMS, ensuring they both see and action your messages.
Before you start
To enable the following experiences it's key that you have access to your new student data:
At a minimum, you will need the key dates and deadlines relevant to each program or course and the students enrolled in them.
The related contact information (mobile phone number and email address) of each student and the campus they will be attending.
To provide a better experience, having the student's name and demographic information ensures a more personalised experience.
